A garrison-colonial in Sudbury, Massachusetts, was expanded and renovated to create a new family room, mudroom, and laundry in what was originally a two-car garage, and to add a three-car garage with an in-law apartment suite and expanded master bath on the second floor. Other components of the project included an expanded dining room, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and a new patio area.
