A four-unit structure was proposed for the Town of Lexington as a means of providing affordable housing adjacent to the recently-purchased Busa Farm property. This was intended to maximize the remaining open space, as an alternative to multiple structures, and to create an energy-efficient, sustainable building with desirable living spaces and direct access to dedicated outdoor space for each unit.
